Job description
Responsibilities
You will be part of the sales team in preparation of proposals
Analyze customer’s requirements and based on this determine product specifications
Consult the customer on best technical solutions and drive the engineering of their projects
Lead technical scope clarifications with customers including installation and commissioning services or compliance of equipment with local regulations
Prepare the technical part of the proposal
On customers special technical requests, discuss feasibility, cost and time impact with the technical team and get their approval
You are the interface between the sales team and the technical team
Develop and maintain the standard technical documentation of H2Pro’s products in close collaboration with the technical team
Collect and maintain all customer requirements and prepare this in a structured form as input for the technical team’s product roadmap
Organize technical knowledge and training of the sales team

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field like mechanical or process engineering
Background in equipment manufacturing and/or process industry company
Minimum 3 years of experience working in a technical sales environment, ideally for hydrogen equipment, heavy machinery, biogas equipment or similar
Very strong communicator and ability to influence others
Proactive and energetic with a hands-on mindset
Proven project management capability
Experience in delivering technical presentations with proficiency, demonstrating products and services to customers
Languages: Hebrew and English
Willingness to travel to clients and sales team in Germany
